Dear Infosys,
I am writing this letter to you with a heavy heart because your sudden would be briefing with us on 11th May is creating some confusing among those who are placed in Infosys during the campus-recruitment drive held in 2008. Yes, I know the economic condition is not bright for the job seekers but if you, a company of such stature fail to full fill its commitments then what the other small companies will do?
Is there is no hope for those who got placed in smaller companies to get jobs in this period of recession? Infy you are the bench-mark of the IT industry in India and if you fail to full fill your commitment then what can we expect from other companies? I was very proud to be a part of your big family but if you want to throw me out in this manner... This does not make any sense. Don't you fell in this track? Then where lies the importance of the subject of Values & Ethics which WBUT taught us so enthusiastically in our last semester. Is there no importance of it? Why the portion of HRM is there in our management subject when the company will not follow up the protocol when the time will arrive for them to execute all those? Come on, Infy try to act more maturally. Please provide us an opportunity to showcase our talents, then you have every rites to throw us out from the Center of Excellence. But, please for God's shake don't treat us like that. Don't break your hearts and trust so early in our job career. Do something to prevent this unethically treatment with us.
Hope, by reading the letter my luck will will surely do some fruitful steps.

This is some different types of blog. This blog is the prof that Pratik don't be affraid to speak the truth. I have taken a dicission that when we will join in Infy we will make a Trade union which will protect all the employee to secure his/her job. And I think no person can be elected as the leader of this union except Pratik. [:)]

ohh Pratik....u r just saying all aspirants or freshers words. All MNCs' or other companies are just playing a bloody game with us. Sometimes i thought those such companies have no value & ethics. well u r always a real truth speaker as u r. I'm loving to read this type of blog...okay do post more this type of blogs.
