Presentation Experience:- Conducted by a HR Manager. Gave Information about the growth of the
Company, about total number of employees, service offered by the company
Clients of the company and showed the video of the Mysore Training Center.
It is really a place to watch. They do not come to campus with selected
of offered letters.
Aptitude experience:- Conducted by their own recruitment cell (eastern wing). 35 marks on
Mathematics and 30 marks on English. Total 65 marks in 1hr.
Mathematics portion consists of data sufficiency, pie-chart problem, puzzle on
sitting arrangement etc.
English section consists of 2 big comprehensions. Best way is to find the answer
directly from questions and as usual grammar part like correction of sentences,
best possible alternative.
Though there is no negative marking but there may be hit ratio.
Personal Interview:- Conducted by a young person. He was very friendly. Looking at my profile which was to be filled up after the presentation was over. In Infosys PI there will be only HR questions along with puzzles. Following questions were asked to me.
1. Tell me about your strength.
2. Tell about your weakness.
3. Tell me about your goal in next 5years and after 20 years.
4. Tell me about your hobby.
5. He asked me how you will I conduct the college feast.(as I told him that under my supervision in our school Saraswati Puja was held and at present I am the secretary of our local club)
That’s all. It lasted for 25 minutes.
Summary:- Always be confident while answering in PI. Time management is important in aptitude. Always prepare a supporting sentence to that you are telling. Facial expression is important; do not show any nervousness during your answering. Never forget to give proper greetings.

It is always a special memory for everyone to got to school for the 1st time. I am going to tell my that experience here. Though it was my second school as I studied before in a kinder garden. I got admitted to Sri Aurobindo Vidya Mandir after giving a written test and a personal interview of my parent. So, credit also goes to them.
Now. after that I with my family went off to puri. So, I did not turn on for school on 1st day and as a result had no sit when I latter joined it. On very 1st day my father took me to school in his famous bicycle. I enter my class 1 sec- A and found the class was full. I was nervous and anxious and thinking where to sit. Suddenly, a well-built boy asked me "Do you want to sit?"
I said - "Yes" but there is no sit available beside him. Actually, the sit is a small desk and a chair.
He then to my extreme surprise got hold of a boy and just pushed him so hard that he along with other friend just tumbled and he just ordered them to sit in back rows and they followed his order.
He then made me sit beside him. His name was Avijit Chatterjee and he became not only my good friend but also a bodyguard of me who protected me from the attcak of other guys. i lost his contact but still he is fresh in my mind. God bless u dear.....
Today is 7h June, birthday of my didi. May be she is not my blood related didi, may be I don't know her for last 20 years but I know her for just more than 1 year, still I can close my eyes and can see her like a star glowing with full care in my world besides my mother.
She is a pillar of strength to me, a motivator, a guide who always raise the bar of my success. She always leads me to the correct track of my life when I lost my way in sheer darkness. She is always there in the critical turning of my life road,standing with an umbrella to hit me to the right direction. She is so caring but never expressed that in front of me. She called me with a special name but when she became angry she called me with anything that may include ass to monkey. According to her, I am the worst bro one can get, being a 3rd year graduation student I am only in class 2 in her eyes and the greatest idiot the world has ever produced.
Inspite of pampering me so much, she never lend her helpful hand in any critical decision I have to take. That makes me a self confident human being. Thats are speciallity.
She never allowed me to be in any complecent position and always increase my hunger for success. I know that when I am in depression she will not only share it but also pull me out of it but in her own way like scolding, hitting etc. She had yet offered a gift to me but unnoticely she had gave me a most precious gift which I and she know. She is too good to be expressed in words, to be described in one blog, to be said in emmotion. She is what that I still yet to discover and may require another 100 years or more for that.
So, today I take the opportunity through this medium to express my greetings to her on this precious day in her life. A surprise gift is waiting for her.

It's rainy day. Atlast, after those heat waves for past few months, its really great time.
Thankz to our rulling party bandh, I can enjoy this rainy day like my child hood days. But its true that because of strike my semester exam got cancelled and we have to appear for it on some other time and moreover, it brings a lot of hardship for those daily breadearners but what can we do?
Can we do nothing? Can't we protest against this inhuman activity? Can't we develope a strong mass protest against it? Yes, we can but we will not do because we love our life most. With the advancement of time we have become selfish and we want to lead a peaceful life and only care about our family, peers and dear ones. But those who had stepped forward in past for the betterment of the society, where are they now? For the last few years, we are hearing a strange division between our state intellectuals, is it really possible to divide a good mind power. May be this is only possible in this "peaceful" state.
Now, coming back to daily routine. Morning is as usual full of mundane task and studing a little opto-electronics.
Today is "World Environment Day" , so try to keep our environment fresh and healthy.
Moreover, its birthday of one of my brother who used to be my Additional Physics teacher in my school days. So, "Happy BirthDay To Him ". Really, its a birthday week for me but without any treat.
This day is going to be historic in my life as it is the first time that I am writing blog. I like to thank Mr. Shatadru Gupta for encourging me for this new venture.
Now, the question is who am I?
Well, I am Patik Ghosh, a 3rd year B.Tech student in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. I think this is enough for now.
Today is also birthday of my little sister so "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER".
Tommorow is a strike due to hike in petrolium price, so no exam tommorow but that is not what I really want because this subject "Digital Communication" is really a tough one.
